Mike Henle is the Founder and President of Henle Management LLC, a Minneapolis-based leadership and career management consulting firm. The firm specializes in cultivating the abilities and talents of professionals in the first five years of their careers. Henle Management develops strong partnerships with employers to enable them to achieve a competitive edge in securing, coaching, and retaining their young professionals.

Over the years Mike has worked with thousands of young professionals and their employers to cultivate talent and build value. He has delivered presentations and consulting to Fortune 1000 firms and other organizations including Target, General Mills, 3M, Cargill, American Express, McKinsey & Co., Best Buy, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, RSM McGladrey, the National Career Development Association, the Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers, and professional service firms of all sizes. His workshops and coaching on career development and leadership follow a uniquely innovative and personalized style that motivates participants to take charge of their lives.

Possessing an MBA in finance, an MA in educational psychology emphasizing counseling and career development, and a BA in psychology, Mike has over 20 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, professional development and leadership. As Director of the Undergraduate Business Career Center at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, students honored Mike with the award of Staff Person of the Year for five consecutive years, an unprecedented accomplishment.

Mike Henle is the author of two books: HIRED! The Job Hunting/Career Planning Guide (with Connie Harris and Mike Stebleton) and The Courage to Learn: The Non-Traditional Learner Goes Back to School (with Mike Stebleton).

Mike has a passion for helping individuals uncover and enhance their greatness and assist organizations with workforce development. He believes in the 3 Ps: Passion, Possibilities, and Performance. His own passions include his family, his dog, competing or coaching tennis, wellness, reading, learning and growing through experience.
